What is FormWise and what can I build with it?

FormWise is a no-code platform for turning what your business knows into AI products you own. You build Agents that answer and act from your own knowledge, Flows that follow your steps to produce a finished result, and Teams where several Agents work together under a supervisor. Group them into Suites, then share them by link, embed them on your site, or publish them in a branded Portal with customer login and built-in checkout.

What is the difference between a Flow and an Agent?

A Flow follows the steps you design and produces a consistent deliverable every time, such as an email sequence, a checklist, or a content calendar. An Agent handles open-ended conversations and works from your Knowledgebases, instructions, and connected apps. Use a Flow when the process is fixed, and an Agent when the questions vary.

What are SmartForms and CoPilots?

They are the two ways a Flow can run. A SmartForm asks its questions as a guided form. A CoPilot asks them as a guided chat. Both end in the same kind of finished result, so you pick whichever suits your audience.

How do credits work on the lifetime deal?

Each tier includes a one-time pool of credits: 1,000 on Tier 1, 3,500 on Tier 2, 8,500 on Tier 3, and 15,000 on Tier 4. The pool does not refill each month. Credits are used when your Agents and Flows run, based on the model you choose and how much it reads and writes. Building, editing, and publishing do not use credits.

What happens when my credits run out?

You have two options. On Tier 2 and above you can add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini API key, and model usage then bills to your provider instead of your credits. On any tier you can turn on on-demand usage with a monthly spending limit you set.

Do I need my own OpenAI or Claude API key?

No. Every tier runs on models from Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini using your included credits, with no key required. Bringing your own key is optional and available on Tier 2 and above, under Settings > Integrations.
